In 1992 Bob returned to his home town of Grant, Nebraska where he has been a licensed Real Estate Broker from 1992 until present.  Perkins County native Bernard Deaver is a lifelong resident and area farmer. He has pursued other business interests over the years establishing Deaver Computer Service in 1998 and operating it until its sale in 2014. A conversation with longtime friend Bob Tatum led to a partnership founding Southwest Farm and Home Realty. Bernie has experience in residential, commercial, farm & ranch real estate. He enjoys getting to know people and values the long term relationships created when helping them achieve their goals in buying or selling.
